Areas of Expertise
Team Building
Increase productivity and boost morale using Patrick Lencioni's newest model - The 6 Types of Working Genius. As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, I offer in-person or online team development workshops and additional one-on-one support for middle managers. Gift your team with an employee assessment tool and productivity framework that actually works. These results will be both insightful and applicable to help you lead better meetings, improve hiring, and build more effective teams.
Suicide Training (QPR)
Consider offering your staff a unique and essential training on suicide prevention to support their personal and professional development. As a Certified QPR Instructor, I offer in-person and online suicide trainings to groups of 25 or less. *QPR is an evidence-based framework for youth and adults who want to help prevent suicide.
Employee Surveys
Survey feedback is a great way to find out what your employees are really thinking. Implement a quick quarterly or annual check-in with your team or conduct a company-wide culture survey. Get hard data on the health of your teams and leave with actionable insights to improve engagement, morale, and productivity across your organization.

About Me
I’m passionate about building strong, healthy teams and fostering environments where people can thrive.
As a counselor-in-training at CMU and a Certified Facilitator in The Six Types of Working Genius, I bring a unique blend of tools to help people and organizations unlock their potential. My background also includes a master's in market research which I utilize to create meaningful employee surveys for my clients.

Currently, I work as a mental health trainer at an adult foster care company, where I teach care staff essential skills like de-escalating challenging behaviors, medication management, and emergency response. I also offer suicide prevention training as a certified QPR instructor, equipping others with tools to make a real difference.

When I’m not working, I coach middle school basketball, volunteer at a therapeutic horse-riding center, and enjoy life in the Kalamazoo area. Whether it’s in a training room or on the court, I love working with groups and facilitating engaging discussions that produce more growth and joy for the people I serve.
